Happy 30th Melanie

First, we want to send Happy B'day wishes to Melanie, whose 30th b'day is almost here and who we spent a great night with Saturday at her b'day party! It was so great catching up with her :D We spent today hanging out with family in Anniston, then family and friends here at the house. Noel Mark and Joanna were in town and are spending the night with us. It's great for them to get to spend time with us and Jackson. He had his 10 year high school reunion last night - wow is he old or what!!!


NM and J - taking it all in. Uncle Noel and Aunt Joey got a couple of new outfits for J, including the one he's sporting in this pic. Also a shirt that says "lock your daughters up" and "dude, your girlfriend is checking me out." Haha - how true those sayings are ;)


In addition to Uncle Noel and Aunt Joey here, Mary, Chris, and Emma also ate with us. Here's Emma - as always she smiled after I put the camera down, but she's just as cute as ever sporting a new 'do - pigtails!


All the busy bees in the kitchen: we had steak, twice-baked poatoes, and squash and zucchini. YUM!


Jackson has a new toy from his cousins Thomas and Mason. He's not quite big enough for it by himself, but Aunt Joey pushed him around the house and he loved it. It's so much fun when she and Uncle Noel are in town :D
