Yea! It's Friday! This has been a long week and at work and I'm so glad that the weekend is here. I've hardly gotten to see Jackson or Wes all week, so I was glad I was home by 1230 today :) I love my job, but the nights that I don't get home until 6 or 7, I hardly (or don't) get to see J - except on the video monitor and that doesn't count. And since I leave well before he gets up, that means some days I don't get to see him at all, which I hate! Ok, enough complaining. We had a very relaxed afternoon playing with Jackson and a quick trip to the grocery store. J's just got so much personality these days and he's a blast to get to spend time with (even if I'm a little biased). He's into everything and we even took up the rug so that he could walk his toys around without being hindered. Before we did this, he would walk his toys up to the rug and just look at you and whine until he got some help lifting the toy on the rug, lol. Here's a few pictures from our afternoon.

He was starting to get sleepy here. All that playing takes a lot out of a child!
Our sweet little one...I'm glad we'll have lots of time together this weekend so I can see lots of this sweet face and get lots of hugs and kisses!!!
As a side note, is anyone else watching the Olympics? All I can say so far of the opening ceremony is WOW!!

Oh, the Olympics...I'm going to be such a couch potato watching everyone else working out these next few weeks ;)
