Blueberries - A Summertime Treat

We don't buy fresh blueberries very often, but I decided to get some and make some blueberry pancakes this weekend. Nothing really special, but just a little treat. They were so yummy!

Jackson really liked the blueberries, too :) I quartered them and let him try some. He gobbled them up - but I'm not sure there's anything he wouldn't put in his mouth these days, lol. Otherwise we have had a very relaxed weekend, watching lots of the Olympics and playing with J. We put out some new toys for Jackson to play with, and he now is very attached to a giraffe whose legs click when he moves them - and can those legs move - this must be the most limber giraffe every! I'm counting down the three days that I have to work this week and then we're off to the beach for a long weekend!!! I can't wait :D

Heather,
He is such a doll. I got your blog from Leesa. I added you to my son's blog. I love looking at everyone's blog. I have really gotten into this. I'm so bad at scrapbooking, but I really enjoy this. Yours looks great and I love looking at all your fun pictures. I have so much to look forward to!!!!

Hi Heather!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you will stop by again. You must go to Petlas From the Past www.petalsfromthepast.com and pick some blueberries. So sweet and delicious!
Also search Petals From the Past on my blog for many great blueberry picking experiences. So fun to go with some girlfriends and then do some baking together.
